Returns Policy
The NZSkier website only accepts returns for the following reasons:
· Goods damaged prior to delivery.
· Goods with manufacturing faults.
· Goods supplied incorrectly.
· Goods that vary from their description on the website.
However, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know at theteam@nzskier.com
Requests to return products must be submitted to us within 7 days from the date of you receiving your order. In cases where NZ Skier is not at fault but a return request is approved, products will need to be sent back to NZ Skier at the customers' expense.
Once the products have been received and verified by us, NZ Skier will resend the replacement item or when appropriate give a refund.
Shipping info
Shipping within New Zealand is free for all orders over $70. All other orders are charged at $5 per item. NZ Skier will ship out orders within 36 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the first business day.
International shipping will be calculated on an item by item basis. For a guideline, Tee shirts and hoodies are approx $10 - $15 to Australia and $15 - $25 to rest of the world. For inquiries email theteam@nzskier.com.
